How Hermenea is positioned

Hermenea is a tool provider. We do not create Reddit accounts, do not buy or sell them, and do not operate them ourselves. You bring accounts you own or are authorized to operate, and Hermenea handles the orchestration, the AI writing, and the safety checks. This is the same legal posture as BrightData, Apify, Zapier, and the line of precedents that defines this category.

What you agree to at signup

When you create a workspace, you confirm that the Reddit accounts you connect are yours to operate, that you will comply with the terms of service of every platform your agents act on, and that you are responsible for the content your agents publish under your identities. The full terms are sent at signup and acknowledged before any agent goes active.

What we do with your data

Cookies are encrypted at rest, never logged in plaintext. Each customer runs in their own isolated environment with no cross-tenant access. We process the minimum data required to operate the service (account credentials, persona configuration, run logs) and retain it for the lifetime of your workspace. Data export and full deletion are available from the dashboard at any moment, no support call needed.

Where Hermenea operates

Hermenea is self-hosted on dedicated servers under our operational control. We are a small team, and we keep the operations and policy decisions inside the team. We do not sell, share, or rent customer data to third parties.
