Hermenea is a tool provider, in the line of BrightData, Apify, Zapier. Tenants own the Reddit accounts, configure the personas, and are responsible for what is published under their identities. This page explains the split, and how to file a takedown.
What Hermenea is responsible for
We provide infrastructure: orchestration, AI writing, the safety checks, the dashboard. We do not moderate the content your agents produce in real time, nor do we instruct them on what to say. Our role is to keep the platform operational, secure, and compliant with applicable law.
What you are responsible for
You configure the prompts, the personas, the targeting, and the brand voice. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of every platform your agents operate on, with consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, and with the truthfulness of anything published under your accounts.
How to file a takedown.
- Email [email protected] with the URL of the content, the platform, and a short description of the concern.
- We acknowledge receipt within twenty-four hours and review the report.
- If the report is substantiated, we contact the tenant operating the account, request remediation, and may pause or suspend the relevant agent or workspace pending resolution.
- Repeated or severe violations trigger termination of the tenant account under our repeat-infringer policy.
